Registration Emails are sent very quickly, there is usually very little delay. If you do NOT receive an email from us within a few hours, it is NOT that it did not get sent, it is likely a result of your email/ISP either blocking the email or not being available when we attempt to send. Free Email accounts, such as Yahoo, Hotmail are the systems that seem to have the most problems. Earthlink Spam blocking usually blocks our emails as well. We will NOT request permission to email anyone. If you have any type of Spam blocking on  your email account, be sure to allow our email to be sent. if you do not have the ability to allow our emails, we simply cannot process your registration. If you have already registered an account, and have not received our confirmation email with your validation code within a few hours, you should check the items mentioned above to allow our emails to be sent, and then request a validation code to be sent again
by clicking here!
After you have tried all of these items and waited at least a day and still have not received our email, simply create a new account using a valid email address that we can send to. Other common problems with emails being sent are, email addresses being spelled incorrectly, such as hotmal instead of hotmail, and www.yourname@www.yourisp.com, this is not a typical format of an email address, if you are unsure of your email address please check with someone that would know.

This way we know that the email address you gave us is real, and we have a way to contact you. Once again, as you can read in our privacy statement, your email address will not be given out to anyone outside our company. It is used to be able to keep in touch with you, and to identify you. You can change your email address anytime within the game (Preferences menu item), but do not forget that your account will have to be validated again.
Keep in mind that you can easily lock yourself out of the game by giving us an email address that you can not access, and so unable to verify and validate. This can easily happen if you mistype your email address, so we recommend that you only change your registered email address if it is out of order.
